What will I learn in this class?
Hatha yoga focuses on poses and breath control to cultivate balance, strength and calmness. Students of all levels will practice a range of poses intended to boost muscle elasticity and increase joint mobility. Combined with controlled breathing, the poses are designed to enhance concentration and mental clarity. The session ends on a calming note with some relaxing meditation.
What are the benefits of this class?
Students develop their yoga knowledge and ability while building strength and learning techniques to refine their balance. Holding poses not only improves body awareness but instills physical and mental resilience as well. Each session’s wrap-up meditation imparts a revitalizing energy that continues throughout the day.
Who will teach this class?
BT Tran (pictured) started her yoga journey in 2009 and has been teaching since 2018 in such countries as Singapore, Vietnam, Australia and Japan. Having earned her instructor certificate at Yoga Mala in Singapore, she adapts her classes to the ability of each student.
