Named after the 51 founding American Members of the Club and the restaurant's location within the building, 51 East is an elevated dining destination that celebrates the fusion of two rich culinary traditions.

The restaurant is inspired by Italian-American food culture, respecting tradition while striving towards innovation. Each dish is made using only the finest ingredients—from marbled wagyu to succulent Ora King salmon—and brings out their unique flavors.

Savor 51 East’s fine cuisine, accompanied by tipples from The Cellar. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, Members who purchase a bottle of wine or Champagne from The Cellar can enjoy it at the restaurant with no corkage fee.
