Membership Survey Reveals High Marks
According to this year’s membership survey, more than 92.4 percent of Members who responded said that they were “very satisfied” or “somewhat satisfied” with the Club and its offerings.
A total of 2,021 Members completed the survey, which ran for two weeks in September and assigned mean scores, which run on a scale from 1 to 5, to a variety of categories.
The mean score for overall satisfaction reached a new high, climbing from 4.36 in 2023 to 4.4. And while the mean score for value of membership decreased slightly from last year, dipping to 3.98 from last year’s 3.99, almost 80 percent of Members reported that the Club provides good value for entrance fees and monthly dues.
Meanwhile, the “net promoter score”—an indication of how likely a Member would be to recommend membership to a friend or colleague, with +20 or above being a positive result—hit a new record: +39, up from +37 in 2023.
The highest-scoring areas of the Azabudai Club were Member Services, the Library, the Fitness Center, the Bowling Center and the Sky Pool.
The survey also revealed that Nihonbashi Members rated the Club very highly: the mean score for overall satisfaction jumped to 4.6, up from 4.42 last year.
