Membership Survey Reveals High Marks
According to this year’s membership survey, more than 92.4 percent of Members who responded said that they were “very satisfied” or “somewhat satisfied” with the Club and its offerings.
A total of 2,021 Members completed the survey, which ran for two weeks in September and assigned mean scores, which run on a scale from 1 to 5, to a variety of categories.
Entrance Fee to Increase in 2025
The flourishing of the Club and its vibrant community is a source of excitement as we look ahead to 2025 and beyond.
To reflect the value of the exceptional experiences the Club offers, the Board of Governors has approved an increase in the entrance fee for foreign-national applicants, effective January 1, 2025.

Eight Members were elected to the Club's Board of Governors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 19.
At the first Board meeting following the AGM, governors reselected Jesse Green as the Club's representative governor for a one-year term.
Miyagi Beer Wins Club Tasting
Black Tide Brewing from Kesennuma in Miyagi Prefecture came in at the top of the Club's Craft Beer Tasting in October.
The winning beer was the brewery's Nagi Hazy IPA, which was chosen out of a total of 16 craft beers from eight Japan-based craft breweries and beer importers.

French, Spanish and Italian wines were the top choices of voters at the biannual Seasonal Taste-Off on October 9.
Nearly 50 Members sampled eight red wines and eight whites from France, Spain, Portugal and Italy, and then cast their votes.
